I was asked about my experience managing projects and how I keep track of and prioritize assignments. I was asked how the enterprise could support me in continued learning. The test assignment was to craft a communication coming from the Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion on adding pronouns to email signatures and provide explanation of why this is important.
I wasn't asked anything that was difficult or unexpected.

None of the interviews were structured, they were very conversational which was nice.
