No extremely difficult questions. They all focused on past supervisory experiences and program/project management. Also asked if I had experience with Lean and 6 Sigma. Not being a green/black belt didn't hurt me but I think it helped that I had been part of several Lean/6 Sigma events.
There weren't many difficult questions. The questions were straight forward.

Interview was efficient and very pleasant. Questions were relative and not unusual. Previous experience(s), motivation assessment questions, past challenges, achievements etc.
Phone screen: basic behavioral questions- what do you like about l'oreal? why l'oreal Panel: Tell me about your last job experience at X company. What would you change about X company? What experiences/qualities do you have that make you a good fit?
what do you do with an employee who continuously makes errors?
