All over the place. Very free flowing conversation, but we went from discussing building an uber like app to building a marketing company for his space to building a marketing strategy for his company to building a sales team to writing some content and on and on. Very unfocused and scattered.

A very comprehensive business plan presented followed by interview questions.
Several questions about union avoidance - employee relations. They use Gallup for their selection process - Required a phone interview with an "expert perceiver" who offered their "expert perception" of you. Very selective - WHG wants the right people on their team; or at least generally the same people which doesn't require them to change their management style much.
