The odd one out is Flatten(). Also there were some extension methods they wanted me to implement but I didn't have enough time.

Lots - quite the mixed bag. No alignment between business needs and what they're looking for. When you're winging it for everything, pretending you'll be some big corpo in a year makes you look ridiculous.
