They kept scrutinizing my résumé. They went into some common about that sometimes they hire people and their wife abusers, and they wanted to know if there’s anything on my résumé that reflects that it was very confusing conversation to say the least. Maybe it was a behavioral question I don’t know….

There are no question from them. They just put your resume on their scanner and pretend they look at your resume. it's all data driven. their HR don't use their brain to do anything.

Work background, quality approach, metrics, handling team, quality processes.
nothing. really important.. The Panel was a silly interview questions. The Developers asked questions that only pertained to "a developer". The VP asked nothing really interesting.
