For this role, Burger Lounge was hiring someone to build their training program from scratch and launch it quickly, so they focused on questions surrounding my knowledge of Learning & Development, background/interest in the restaurant industry, etc.

The interviews were not structured, more of a get to know each other type of experience. Questions were all open-ended (e.g “explain why you applied for this job”…) with the exception of “what are your salary expectations”.
