Then a lot of questions on what technologies and methodologies I have experience in but none on successful or failed projects. Not one person asked me where I wanted to be in 5-10 years in my career which I think is an important question but almost everyone asked me why I wanted to work there, (and not in a good way). One executive just asked who we might know in common so he could ask them about me???

They asked about a new tech implementation and how I would go about the evaluation, selection, implementation, and adoption process. From the interview, I could tell that it was a company that I would want to work with.
