Director Communications Interview Questions

Run, don't walk. Be cognizant of the fact that this may seem like a potentially rewarding role given the field, but there were no real interview questions, more of a brief conversation that was personal in nature. No professional will appreciate being advanced to next stage interviews with some one who never makes contact, and then getting a canned e-mail versus a phone call with some transparency around whatever transpired with the role (put on hold, proceeded with other candidates hence no call, etc.) - so I cannot recommend.

No formal interview process. Each interviewer had their own list of questions. Nothing formal from HR, no standardized scoresheets. No apparent methodology for verifying "full picture" of candidate or digging into specific skillsets.
