The questions were centered around my experiences and how it is a good fit for the job. I was also asked some situational questions and how I handled certain scenarios. In additional, I was asked about my management style and other questions to determine whether I am a good culture fit

I didn't find any questions too difficult. I had a 7 year lapse between college and dental school so I was asked what I was doing during that period.
See above. I really think if you want a job like this you need to be prepared and also just be yourself.
