Where do you see yourself in 2 years , 5 years etc in your career. Why do you want to leave your current company.
1. What is our project management style?
Based on some general questions that the company representative mentioned earlier in our conversation, not having the correct degrees. I asked if each NPD Team had a representative that owned a stake in the project. Such as Engineering and R & D and if so, were they responsible for completing project deliverables?
I don't recall any particularly difficult questions in my interviews, though much will depend on who interviews you. There are a few ex-consultants here who love the brain teaser-style questions.
Example questions are - building and optimising a Gantt chart, drafting internal comms, and responding to hypothetical product issues.
