Regarding a recent failed carbon tax in Washington state that failed because it faced opposition not only from conservatives but also from progressives who wanted more of the money to go to low-income communities, what would you say at a press conference/would you support this legislation?

A question that I remember struggling to answer was, "What's the biggest problem our society faces?" Obviously, it's a big question, and it was hard to pick one, but they definitely try to get you to think of a major root problem.

SEIU tends to ask a lot of dumb interview questions that have nothing to do with the job, such as which famous people you'd have a dinner party with. Or what laws you would make if you could. They think it's helpful, but it has nothing to do with organizing.
