To be honest, the questions were extremely junior level, considering it is a Director role. I.e: do you use the product
None that would be relevant because the first interview I didn't have the job description and the second one I found out quickly that it wasn't a remote position.
Not difficult, but be prepared to talk in depth about different campaigns they currently have going on. Know of campaigns they have that have been successful and be able to talk about why they were successful and what you can do to make future campaigns work.
I was asked to detail my experience and how it would help in the position.
