They ask a lot of questions about what your path was that led you to interviewing at NationBuilder.
They asked experience-related questions, asked me how I define unions, asked me the difference between a labor union and a hospital or clinic as an employer. Asked me ONE good question, how do I stay motivated during difficult campaigns. There was a role play about how to pull back a shop steward into staying into the role. Some of their questions were strange imo.
