I think they asked me something like, what was a time I received great customer service. I had plenty of horrible customer service experiences in mind, but I couldn't think of anything positive. I think I just made something up, honestly.
Could I do an intake?? Was i willing to work long hours and be available for evenings, weekends? not specific with time.
1. What do you want to be doing in the next couple of years 2. Do you have any experience with customer service 3. Are you willing to work late? (they work in shifts there so some people end up starting and ending working alot later)
