It was a lot of behavior questions and i couldn't think. I was able to start with nice scenarios to every question when they started the interview with two interviewer . Unfortunately, it was about 16 or 18 behavior questions and i couldn't think of anything or any scenarios to give them. I was very very nervous and i sit there trying to bring something out when they asked the questions and all they do is look at me waiting for me to give them the answers. The more they look at me the more i lost focus, been frustrated and i couldn't think. So whatever came from my scenarios was bogos and it had no meaning. I stood up all day and night reading and learning behavior questions and before i go inside the room i was refreshing my mind. It was a terrible day for me and i couldn't construct my grammar well because i was lost with many questions like "describe when you work with difficult supervisor and you disagree with him? when did you went above and beyond to do something? describe? explain? can you give scenario? what will you do? ...it was alot of questions which they expect you to bring a scenarios to every question yourself to make it look like that story and you can't think of 10 or 15 scenarios at the same interview. All they want from you is for them to know what happened at the end of your story and if you ended up successfully on your own. I walked out and i knew i am not getting that job after spending all day and night learning about Aetna and all questions. I needed that job very bad. So far i haven't heard anything from them after they said i will hear from them in 7-10days after the interview. I really need that job.

When was a time you had to take ownership for someone or something, personal or at work. Name a time when you had to show someone how to do something, what was the outcome of that, how did it make you feel? Don't remember the 3rd question because I checked out.
