1. Initial interview with the talent acquisition specialist only lasted for about 5 minutes. Basic questions about your profile just to check if you’re a real person. The HR was a no show during the agreed interview time and rescheduled my interview later that day. You will be asked to turn on your webcam while the HR’s camera was ‘broken’. 2. Interview with Senior/ Head of HR: The HR was on time. You will be ask to introduce yourself and background of your previous employments followed by questions on how long did you worked in your previous companies, what roles and type of projects you’ve worked on. What are the challenges you’ve encountered in general. Where do you live, who do you live with and if you have pending applications.
