The middle section of the test gave a small spread sheet of units sold by an number of companies (for a particular year) and a graph showing two sets of percentages for units sold in other years and was given 3 minutes to not only read this information but to then answer four complex questions on sales figures for various quarters. Nothing to do with my field or even general numeracy. These questions were more biased than the examples I was asked to complete as practice questions before each section of the assessment.

How would you deal with particular situations?
Groups activity where you read through four scenarios and come up with a solution for each.
Many of the questions were 'scenario' based questions.
How have you incorporated marketing and signage into previous designs for clients?

An app review, which is very appropriate for this position.
How have you dealt with struggling designers on your team? (Interviewer was looking for ways I helped them with their design decisions. How I improved their design thinking)
