Working with Offshore team on pending issues and coordinating migration project activities to meet the project deadlines. Responsible for database refresh and coordinating with QA Team. Proactive monitoring of SQL server known issues related to performance. Writing Custom scripts to refresh tables and monitoring jobs. Troubleshooting performance issues in production and non-production servers. Providing support for database mirroring, always on and log shipping implementation.
