There was a role play in a challenging employee with absence. It was very interactive, it was good to demonstrate your abilities in performance managing.
One specific question does not come to mind, but I was asked several qualified questions which lead to a very clear understanding of the job, the workplace, the spirit and the colleagues, which I think lead to a great match!
