They are very keen about my skill set, and if it would translate to the work that they do in the company. My experience and skill sets were aligned with what they were looking for, and I was very surprised that they didn’t gave me an offer.

Process improvement that affected all the groups in the organization. 2. Describe a situation where you faced project obstacles/ challenges. How did you overcome that?
There really wasn't a difficult or unexpected question, just wish I'd actually gotten an interview with someone besides the recruiter.
