Are you willing to work flexible or long hours? 6. Do you have a HP laser jet printer, copier and scanner? 7. Are you seeking employment in a company of a certain size? Second Set 8. How long do you intend working for this company? 9. How would you like to be Paid ? Weekly Or Bi-Weekly/Direct deposit 10. What Bank Do you Operate with to see if it tallies with the company's official salary payment account? 11. Are you seeking a Full time or Part time Position? 12. Tell Us why you feel you are the right person for this Job? 13. Three words to describe yourself would be 14. What are you most proud of Last Set 15.
