Why do you want to work here is probably the most difficult question they ask because unless you are sadistic you could NOT possibly say you enjoy trying to track down & collect from the poor saps who take personal or mortgage loans from Cash Call at 50% -150% interest.

There weren't any questions that were difficult or unusual.
Questions were a mix of behavioral and skills assessments. Seems the same questions were asked on phone interview and on-site.
They asked many questions, none of which were overly difficult.
There weren't any unexpected questions
previous work history, career path, attendance procedures and areas of opportunity and strengths.

What would be my perfect job? The question was unexpected, as the current position would not be my perfect job.
