How do you deal with a customer who is hostile and unhappy?
There were none that were difficult at that time.
Describe a time where you had to deal with an angry irate customer.
Questions were standard and nothing that was difficult or unexpected.
Give multiple examplse in which I use critical thinking abilities
They asked follow-up questions based the aptitude test done on-line. I was asked to give more information based on responses given, but they didn't even know how to articulate the questions they had for each one.
I think most of the questions were very relevent to where I see myself within this company. I think this is the most extensive interview process that I have ever been through, but I think that was great. It really gave them a chance to see where I would fit in and where my talents and skills would be best used within this company.
Tell us about yourself, specific systems I was familiar with, how I would handle some technical issues, what the team was like, etc.
