What would you do in a scenario in which they can't connect to the internet?
The assignment was on a pdf attached file and they were possible scenarios a SC agent would most likely encounter on a given work day (so far so good) but a few of them asked to use some tables from their daba base as reference. There was no reference to how to use the table, it was copy/pasted without format from some excel sheet and made no sense whatsoever.
Imagine that you come into work one day and you plough through all the support cases that were submitted overnight by lunchtime. Describe to us what you would do to keep yourself busy for the rest of the afternoon.
