Asked me to go through my resume which I did. The recruiter was attentive and asked some questions and for clarification on some items. He sound interested but not that much, he took some time to explain the whole process. A couple of days later, I received an email saying I wasn't retained for the next step of the process. Very clear process and effective. They didn't kept me waiting for weeks, I appreciated.
Basic star questions have been asked
Most of the interviews were conversations around my experience and approach. The toughest interview was the 30 min panel presentation.
Regular questions related to experience and former jobs, although the session was more oriented trying to find a direct answer to incorporate in their strategy than explore candidate's skills and potential.
I was asked why am I looking to leave my current employer at the time.
What makes you different?
Why was I looking for a Individual Contributor role, baed on the amount of experience that I had?
