I did not expect to be asked what influential books I had recently read. Although it was unexpected, it turned out to be fun to talk about.
The interview was more conversational than a series of questions. It was me, a CS Rep, and the Manager. We talked about our love of dogs and my interest in learning more about genetics. We talked a lot about other customer service-type jobs and being an athlete and how those experiences translate well into a career in customer support. Very enjoyable interview!! We all knew right away that it was a great fit and they were comfortable telling me as much.
