I applied online by sending my covering letter and a CV. Before sending my covering letter and the CV, I asked the HR team a lot of questions about even small things. Nevertheless, they were way kind and responded to my questions very quickly. Afterwards, They replied me in a week that if I would be able to do the first job interview, which was perfectly done though telephones, and a Skype interview so that they could get to know more and better. After the second job interview(The Skype interview) they gave me a couple of tests to evaluate how I am suited for tasks. In short, during the whole application process, all of interviewees were very kind and made me comfortable so that I could say what I really want to say to them and I still appreciate their patience and kindness for me. I was asked pretty many of questions from them and I remember some questions and they mostly asked me relevant questions to the tasks about my past work experience, study experience, and a game experience. Q:What are 3 important Characteristics to be needed in this job? A: Good patience, Being kind and respectful, Good knowledge of tasks Q:According to your CV, you've worked in a customer service department before, What did you do at the time in a customer service department? A: I worked in the embassy of South Korea in Iran, so I had to respond to customer inquires and questions as kind as I could be, because the cooperation was established to help Korean people and its local people out get to know more about each country and do their business in both countries with no difficulty, Hence I had to solve their inquires and questions though several communication channels, such as e-mail and community forums and some else. In result, I did that job with no error and I assume that I would do a relevant job to that, so If I would take the position, I will be able to deal with tasks at your company very well.
