Tell me of a time you disagreed with your manager and what did you do?
- Imagine you owned a bakery and you buy your cakes from one supplier for $1 a piece and sell them for $2 a piece. Then you realize your competitor across the street is selling the same cake from the same supplier for only $1. What would you do? Please note that the cost of the cakes remain the same for both bakeries. - How would you convince a retailer to have Oral-B toothpaste on their shelves if they already sell different brands of toothpaste? - Tell me about a sale you once made. - Tell me how you helped somebody who had a problem. - Tell me about a time when you analyzed different figures, numbers and other data to solve a problem. - Tell me about a time when you felt stuck/frustrated - Why haven't you applied before?
The interview queations are straight foward. Nothing unespected but the one question that I answered that maybe was answered differently was when they asked what motivates me was money.
