The interviewer asked me to look at an existing video on their platform and asked how I would improve upon that to make it more pedagogically sound.
How and when do you gather student data, and how do you use it in your work?
Round 1: Live coding of the solution one medium level DSA question and explain the choices. Some situational based questions pertaining to the job role were also asked. Round 2: Plan a session of 30-45 minutes including Q&A on one of the three topics given as choices given. The assignment was to be submitted in two days followed by a teaching session. Round 3: Call with the founder was revolved around questions about challenges in the current job, extracurricular activities, school, college, and many more. The discussion with the founder on the start-up culture was very insightful.
All the questions were unexpected since I ended up interviewing for a position other than the one for which I applied.

Describe a situation where you worked on a team. What was the outcome? did everyone pull their weight?
How do I handle fast paced projects? Why am I leaving academia? How do I handle prioritising projects?
Phone interview was pretty brief. -Walk me through your experience working in schools. -Why are you leaving the classroom?
They asked, "What is your SUPERPOWER?"
