Well, this particular Recruiter just mentioned salary, training dates and length, BUT did NOT tell me anything about the job itself or what it entails. However, she did ask me did I have any questions, they all do, but will tell you that will be discussed during next steps with Hiring Manager. It was a 9 minute long screening. The screening for the Mentor ops lasted a full 20 minutes. This instantly tells me her interest right here (I've been in Recruitment once before myself:))
