Conflict management with students, how I dealt with it!
The first 2 rounds were standard and SME-related. The third round involved questions about another subject-matter area clearly outside my expertise. I was essentially asked, "Could you cover those if I cannot?"
They asked about direct work experience performing job-specific tasks that related to the position.
Something like - Walk me through how you would integrate something you are really excited about into your role.
what if you can't fit all the students into one bus?
what if a student is found with drugs/ cigarettes/ alcohol ?
