Again, no questions asked about my experience or skills. No questions really related to the role or how I saw myself in it. All questions were generic HR type questions; goals, what do you like to do, what do you not like to do, etc. Asked what my last five bosses would say about me. Not just a generic question either. Wanted to me to give their names and go through the list of names one by one saying what I thought they would say about me. I get the intent, but it seemed really awkward.
