All the questions were about conflict resolution which is odd for a tenured recruiter. Really difficult to answer. Having mastered avoiding time wasting conflict this was a red flag. Not warm or friendly at all.
I came from management within a very large, very structured, defense contractor. Many of the questions I fielded had to do with fitting into a smaller, more collaborative team culture and my ability to differentiate between bureaucracy and positive structure.
Nothing too difficult, everything you could possibly think of was asked.
