One was a practical test wherein I had to troubleshoot and solve an IT problem. This couldn't be done personally so the person administering it was my 'hands' so to speak.

It wasn't the questions that were a challenge. It was the fact they give a very friendly persona, DO NOT ask questions that are a concern or a challenge even when you exceed the job description but seeking the role and can easily help the company to achieve better financials, keep them out of legal issues and ability to support the stakeholders. Again, Beware, do not trust them and wouldn't even consider applying again.
