Strategy and tools were asked so they could have an impression on my work routine and self-management. Communication, flexibility and energy were asked so they could get a glimpse of how easy I was to work with, as a team member. Some of the questions were tricky, and I think people with a bit less experience on the field might have a harder time finding an answer.
