However, during these direct questions, senior management also evaluates your personality fit for the organization.

It helps if you are clear about your goals and can be specific about roles you will accept, where you are willing to work, your rate, etc. I always give my rate as a range and don't go too low because it depends on the responsibilities, distance traveled, etc.
