Essentially as outlined in the requirements and what you list in your resume. You really need to well versed in pharmacy and product knowledge and be able to multi-task if not your going to have a difficult time. You also have to be okay with constant change and added job requirements as the job is apparently constantly evolving.
A lot of "tell me about a situation where ____" questions. What was a time you needed to advocate for a patient?
How did I handle difficult customers? Tell them about a time you advocated for a customer and what the was outcome.
