One question was a hypothetical: If you owned this store, how would you deal with a customer that paid for a screen repair and subsequently broke it again himself and brought it in upset about the issue? The interviewer made it clear that the client obviously broke the screen and that it was not a repair error.
They will ask you how to trouble shoot a computer or phone, nothing crazy.
You have just installed a new compter out of the box that was shipped to the customer. The computer system will not boot what is the first thing you check. Then if that doesn't work what do you do?
