I was asked many times by many different people to essentially explain my life up until now and a million times asked if I had any questions. I exhausted every question I could think of, then I would meet another person who would do the same thing. This happened too many times to remember. Other questions were very typical such as what have you liked about past jobs, what were your duties, what do you like or know about CIC, how did you hear about this position, where do you see yourself in 5 years..
She asked very basic questions (i.e. What skills would you bring to the table, etc.)
All expected manager questions.
Discuss a time when you had to get buy in from the group and how did you go about that?
What is one weakness and how did you overcome it?
Can you use a power drill?
Tell me about a time where you worked with a diverse team, then they wanted to know about the challenges of it, and the impact they made in the community. All STAR questions were 3-4 deep.
