Please tell us about a time you have had to co-operate with someone who did not share your beliefs or ideas describing how you managed to still achieve positive outcomes Please describe the tools and approach you would take to help strengthen existing and develop new partnerships Please outline what good strategic partnership / relationship management looks like What impact could we expect this role to have and can you describe both the internal and external outcomes you would expect to achieve. Please tell us about a time you developed an innovative solution to an issue, describing the outcomes achieved and how you maintained accountability throughout the project. Can you describe a time you have successfully facilitated a group. What strategies did you use to ensure all participants were engaged and that the discussions remained productive. If you have not had experience of this, what strategies would you use? How would you address the needs of marginalised groups in your community development work, including specific steps you would take to ensure their needs are met.
They asked me behavioral questions, asking me about a time I handled something well. They also asked me about which populations I would be comfortable working with and wanted to know more about my knowledge about the field.
What do you know about hunting, fishing, camping?
Strangely, I simply listened to the owner's soliloquy about the direction he wanted to take the company, and the laments of his employees shortcomings.
