I don't remember specifics, but I remember general questions about my experience managing communications projects from conception, my experiencing managing budgets for comms projects, my experience with social media strategy, my approach to managing conflicting perspectives/opinions. Actually, I was asked some of the questions repeatedly (see my comments above). And, of course, the usual -- why I applied, why NREL, etc.
