first round focused on typical interview questions of tell me a time you took a risk, tell me a time you dealt with conflict, etc. the next round was really focused on getting to know the candidate and asked questions in relation to experience, goals, and how you fit in the role.

There were no questions that really stumped candidates. This is not the goal of the interview. The entire interview process was around fit and fit-type questions. They asked every type of fit-type questions. "Tell me about a time when you..." If you are prepared for multiple win, loss, challenge, difficulty, personal challenge, etc., you should be ok.
