All interviews consisted of behavioral questions. Everyone was very friendly and so easy to talk to. Make sure to prepare and know why you want to work for JPMorgan and know about the company. They will know if you did your research or not. Also make sure to have good questions ready to ask because a large portion is you asking questions. -Tell me about a time you had to work with a team and had to persuade them about something they did not agree with. -How do you balance your time? -If you were evaluating someone to decide if you would give them a loan, what are some quantitate and qualitative things you would look for? -Describe a time where you had to write a proposal and had to persuade someone to do something.
