F2F interviews were average. Although I enjoyed them, many of the questions seemed silliy. I hope they ask better questions and evaluate in a more deterministic way, come to a conclusion based on proper evaluation and give crisp and right reason for a rejection.
How would you handle a situation when you have a really hard colleague that doesn't understand the easy way?
