What were you looking for the most in candidates for this position?
We need a person who can do marketing, actively participate in pre-sales, do cloud architectural design and solutioning, interaction with the client, can manage teams and do project management and also responsible for overall delivery of the project,
It is just one round interview taking 30 minutes. The first four questions are conceptual understanding of cloud services and related experience, and the next four questions are about behavioral questions, like the most challenging projects.
(1) Tell me about projects you worked on (2) couple star questions (3) Few questions directly/indirectly on my marketing experience which i didnt have
Questions about the understanding of basics Docker, Kubernetes, cloud-related. Coding, system design high level.
Are you task oriented or goal oriented?
They asked if I would be willing to relocate to Austin, TX.
