Questions of the Candidate on company setup and Plans/Strategy for the Thessaloniki Department were transformed into questions ... for the Candidate to answer. Matters of the project/Department being COLLECTIVE WORK and Decisions to be made by many people were turned into ... things for the Candidate to answer alone. Eventually direct negativity against the Candidate was obvious, as if they were NOT actually looking for an Experienced Person to start with.
