Most, if not all the questions were "situational leadership" style questions such as "tell me a time when you were over budget on a contract, and how did you handle it?" Nothing was too difficult if you have the appropriate experience for the job. The most difficult aspect was it was a panel interview so I wasn't sure how to read some of the interviewers. However everyone was very prepared and professional.
The most unexpected question was "How will you cope in the education field when you have so much experience in a high "adrenaline" type environment?
