During the interview process, I was presented with several clinical cases to assess my professional judgment. I was asked to review each case, provide well-supported diagnoses, and outline comprehensive treatment plans. This approach allowed the team to evaluate not only my technical knowledge but also my clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
They asked what I would do if I have work that needs to be submitted by Friday, meetings on Tuesday and Thursday, and someone brings something else for me to do on Monday, how would I handle the work load. (It was a common theme throughout the interviews that the position is very fast-paced with a heavy work load and lots of meetings.)

What types of evidence based psychotherapy I used in my practice and how did I measure the outcome. They asked what my fee was and said they could not match it. It was a cold and scripted interview that did not seem concerned with what I think are the basic tenets of good psychotherapy. I came away with the understanding that they probably want their employees to fix the patient with the least amount sessions possible. Did not feel good about this company after the interview
