En el proceso de reclutamiento básicamente por mis soft skills (muy importante) mi pretensión salarial (esto lo hacen de primero en la primera instancia) miden tu nivel de inglés y en la llamada con el líder no lo se porque la líder que me tocó solo quería terminar todo rápido y no me quiso preguntar nada me dijo así: "Ya yo vi tu CV, dime que has hecho antes, me cortaba las respuestas, hasta llegó a voltear los ojos y todo" así que eso ya era caso perdido.
