I was asked how I would handle pushback from staff when implementing new policies and processes.
I was asked to describe a situation where I had diffused a difficult situation involving a customer and how I handled it. I was also asked how the customer felt once I had handled the situation.
For me, the pet peeves from co-workers was the most difficult - what if what I said was something my interviewer did? I'd go with something "generic" - "I don't like poor work ethic, slacking, trying to push assigned tasks to others, etc".
